With PSO's SMS and Email Alerts, you can keep a track of your fuel expenditure 24/7 anytime, anywhere. Upon subscription to this service, you will receive following alerts:

For Account Authorized Signatory:

SMS & Email Alerts on Account's Monthly Bill generation: An instant SMS alert and email alert to inform you when the monthly bill of your PSO Cards Account is generated.

SMS Alert on clearance of Bill Payment: An instant SMS alert to inform you when your PSO fuel card bill is cleared into PSO's Account.

For PSO Fuel Cardholders:

SMS Alerts on Fuel Transaction: An instant SMS alert to inform you when your PSO Card transacts.

SMS Alerts on Card Status Change: An instant SMS alert to inform you when the status of your Card(s) is changed.

Consolidated transaction report over Email: Consolidated transaction report of account and individual cards will be received through email.

Balance Inquiry and Last three Transaction details:

Now your fuel card's balance inquiry and last three transactions' detail is just a click away. Inquire about your card balance and last three transactions by sending an SMS to 5892. Upon inquiry, you will receive instant SMS Alert on your subscribed mobile phone.

How to use?

For Balance inquiry, please follow the following steps:

  • Type BAL, give space and write your 16 digit PSO Fuel Card No. (e.g BAL 7000460512345678)
  • Send this message from your subscribed mobile number to 5892

To inquire about the last three transactions carried on your PSO Fuel Card, please follow the following steps:

  • Type Last3, give space and write your 16 digit PSO Fuel Card No. (e.g Last3 7000460512345678
  • Send this message from your subscribed mobile no to 5892

How to subscribe to PSO Cards SMS and Email Alert Service:

Kindly follow the following procedure in order to subscribe to this service:

  1. Download the subscription form for SMS & Email Alerts.
  2. Fill in the required information, have it signed by the authorized signatory and put your company stamp.
  3. Send the soft copy of the form (in MS Excel format) to customer.services@psopk.com
  4. Submit the signed hardcopy of the form at Customer Services, 1st Floor, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal Clifton, Karachi.
  5. Service shall be subscribed within 10 working days after verification and approval by PSO.

Terms & Conditions of the Service:

  1. This service is available for PSO Smart Fleet/Corporate/Commercial Cards only and not for old Magnetic-Strip based PSO Cards.
  2. PSO will not be responsible for any delay or unsuccessful delivery of any SMS/Email alerts for whatever reason.
  3. There will be no relaxation in PSO Cards Bill Payment in case the alerts are delayed or not received for whatever reason.
  4. Long names may appear truncated in SMS due to limitation of SMS length (e.g. Account Name, PSO Retail Outlet Name etc.)
  5. SMS/Email Alerts are for information purpose only and may not be used for reconciliation purpose.
  6. Ensuring integrity of ownership of the Mobile Phone Number(s) and/or Email Address (es) subscribed is the responsibility of the subscriber(s) and the authorized signatory of the account.
  7. In case of any dispute, cardholder should inform PSO Cards Division within 48 hours of receiving SMS/Email Alert.

Customers can now keep a track of their card/account activity, anytime, anywhere, through additional avenues. On initiating a query through SMS from subscribed mobile phone number, customers can inquire card’s/account’s information.

Account’s Authorized Signatory/Contact Person can inquire the following information:

Account Outstanding Amount:

Type Os, give one space and write your PSO Account Number. Example: Os 1234567 Send this message from your subscribed mobile number to 5892

Account Status:

Type Ase, give one space and write your PSO Account Number. Example: Ase 1234567 Send this message from your subscribed mobile number to 5892

Corporate, Fleet and Commercial Card customers can inquire the following information:

Card Balance Inquiry:

Last Three Transactions:

Moreover, Corporate Cardholders with embedded Loyalty feature and Stand-alone PSO Privilege Loyalty Cardholders can inquire card’s accumulated Loyalty Points and generate PIN code for these points’ redemption.
